Planning and complete quote
We discuss the mood, photographs, and shape of the day. If travel, toll, parking, or venue fees apply, the complete total including the session fee is provided before booking.
Location check
For outdoor sessions, I check the location in advance when practical and look at light, crowds, events, and construction. Home visits are timed so I do not arrive unnecessarily early.
Photography
Share any compositions you hope to make. Otherwise I wait and photograph your family naturally. You can also review photographs during the session.
Selection and editing
Each finished photograph is adjusted carefully for colour and brightness. Selected unedited JPEGs are also included, excluding failed, duplicate, and test frames. RAW files are not included.
Delivery
Finished photographs are delivered within two weeks of the session; films within one month. Download links remain available for 30 days from the first notice.
Cancellation or rescheduling
Both are free for any reason and at any time, including health, weather, or family circumstances.
